When something this unique comes along, one of two things happen. Either people respond right away, or they are scared to embrace something they are not accustomed to until everyone else 'gets it'.
Her strong and sometimes abrasive character, along with her fun-loving personality, is evident in her tracks such as ‘Go F*ck Yourself’. Justina was born and raised in Passaic County, North Jersey. Music and entertainment have always been very influential in her life. She took part in plays, musicals, and dance classes from a young age. Music was always a big part of her family life being that her father is a vocalist and guitar player, along with many other musicians in her bloodline. Justina is a fan and lover of all genres of music. Her music expresses this wide range of styles in its versatility and mash up of the genres. Justina describes herself by saying, "I'm eclectic in a world that's hectic". And indeed she is. Her Hip Hop infused Pop Rock music reaches so many demographics that it is hard to pinpoint just one target audience. One thing is evident though, with a single titled, 'Go F*ck Yaself', she is definitely a voice for the rebellious youth.
Justina is also a writer. This is a breath of fresh air in an industry where many artists are puppets and have little or no say in the creative process of their own album. It is always refreshing to truly hear an artist’s P.O.V. through their own eyes and lingo. Her distinctive voice is hard to mistake or forget after you have heard her for the first time, on record or in person. Her raspy tone is unmistakable. Justina is no stranger to the stage having performed at numerous venues including The China Club, 40/40, Club Flight, Umbrellas, Gypsy Teas, Atlantic City's Pepsi car show, and opened up for artists such as Juelz Santana, Rick Ross, WuTang, and The Nappy Roots at college events such as Bucknell University, The College of New Jersey, and Montclair State University. One of Justina's singles, 'Let's Experiment' is currently available for download on iTunes. This feel good song received radio love especially by Star of the 'Star and Buc Wild' Morning Show on the Pulse 87.7, as well as 107.5 and a few other stations. The new single, 'Go F*ck Yaself' will be available for itunes and ringtone download this summer! Justina has also dabbled in some acting and modeling, having done print work for House of Dereon, Playboy, Enyce, Rocawear, Baby Phat, and Mandees.
She will also be appearing in upcoming and newly released movies such as 'The Perfect Age of Rock n Roll', 'Cadillac Records', and 'Step Up 3D'. She also played Dave Navarro's personal assisstant, Chloe, on the IFC Network's new series, 'Z Rock'. Currently, Justina is in the lab with music mogul, Chad Elliot, and super producer, Shy Boogs, working on her upcoming album, 'Route 46'. When asked why 'Route 46', Justina says that it is a major highway that runs through Jersey and a lot of mischief, memories, and mayhem have taken place up, down, and around that highway.
