Kook Up Gang is comprised of members Reese T. Smith, a.k.a. Still Thinking, the General of the group, age 25; Dwayne Penn, a.k.a. Bam, a.k.a. The Rock Star of the group (singer), age 23; Orie J. Hairston, a.k.a. Postah, a.k.a. Young
Gunna and Young Stunna of the group, age 19; and Micah L. Smith, a.k.a.
Knowledge, a.k.a. Pacaso. The group was formed in 2007, but the seeds had
really been planted back in the day, when Still Thinking and Knowledge were
just 5 and 6. The childhood friends spent their days spitting rhymes
anywhere they could for the neighborhood in their small "3 Stop Light" town
called Walnut Cove.
Today these four men meld together as one of the most explosive groups to
ever come out of North Carolina, willing and ready to take on all trials and
tribulations for their home state. With original lyrics and a country sound
separating them from the rest, this group called Kook Up Gang reign supreme
in the streets.
